Modification Digital ABS Borematic
The "Digital ABS Borematic" from Mitutoyo was modified here.
The 3 existing short measuring pins with spring mechanism were removed and new measuring pins made of carbide were manufactured and fitted instead.
These can be used to measure a component with an internal thread, for example. The longer measuring pins can be used to ensure that they cover several thread flanks.
In addition, a stop ring with ø 40 mm and 3 stop pins was manufactured for better positioning in the component.
